1. Our company and scope

By using the website, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you act for a business, you must have authority to submit its information and make inquiries on its behalf.

2. Marketing audits and WhatsApp inquiries

The marketing-audit form provides a preliminary recommendation based on the answers you choose. It is not a complete assessment of your accounts or a guarantee of a particular result.

Clicking Send via WhatsApp opens a pre-filled message. You must send that message in WhatsApp for us to receive it. We may ask follow-up questions before offering services.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, create a paid engagement, or guarantee availability. Any paid diagnostic or service, its scope, fee, payment terms and delivery schedule must be agreed separately before work begins.

3. Separate service agreements

A written proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs services you purchase from us. That agreement should define deliverables, responsibilities, approvals, pricing, advertising spend, timing, cancellation and any refund terms.

Advertising-platform charges and third-party costs are separate from our fees unless expressly included in your agreement. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms about the purchased services, that agreement takes priority, subject to applicable law.

4. Responsible use and information you provide

• Provide accurate information and only share material you have the right to use or disclose.
• Do not submit unlawful content, unsolicited advertising, malware, passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive third-party information through the inquiry tools.
• Do not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse automated tools, impersonate another person, or infringe another person's rights.
• If account access is needed for agreed services, use official access-sharing methods rather than sending passwords in a form or WhatsApp message.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, our website text, design, branding and original materials belong to Vexora Media or are used with permission. You may view and share links for lawful purposes, but may not reproduce, resell or present our materials as your own without permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement or a formal partnership. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are addressed in the relevant service agreement.

6. Third-party platforms and outcomes

Our site may link to or use WhatsApp, Google, Meta, HubSpot and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies and technical limitations. We do not control their availability or decisions.

We do not guarantee ad-account reinstatement, ad approval, rankings, reach, lead volume, sales or return on advertising spend. Results depend on factors including platform policies, budget, audience, competition, creative, offers and your follow-up.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to mandatory laws and any applicable service agreement, disputes about these website terms fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bahrain.

We may revise these terms prospectively by publishing an updated version with a new last-updated date. Changes to a signed service agreement follow that agreement's change procedure.
